When you get your news, what is the source? Is it unbias, or a source owned by a 1% Corperation spewing their vision of how they see the world. Is their view in variance with the aspirations of the Canadian people? Does this then amount to propaganda?

Back in 1993, I attended an anti-Nafta rally in Ottawa along with over 110,000 others. But despite the overwhelming opposition to NAFTA, the steamroller rolled on. It was there that I came to understand the one vital thing that I have been preaching ever since. There are so many issues, and so many fighting each issue, we are all spinning our wheels, and wasting our time, talents and energy, because each election, we give the politicians our power and so the deck is stacked against us. I said it that day and I say it with more fervency today. We all have one issue that we share, and we should all stop fighting for our own issues and losing anyways, and we should fight to achieve that one thing that we all share. We Canadians all have to fight to finally get a say between elections. We need to fight to make politicians accountable to us, the people. If there is no accountability, and the people have no say between elections, we have no Democracy. My Blog is written to teach the reader the essential knowledge of freedom and Democracy. Please read, and learn. I am one person, but I leave you my witness that one person is not powerless, only first you must first learn and then act. Let the democratic revolution begin.     Keep up the great work, view the recent launch of Direct Democracy Ireland, we believe this is the answer to your comment about having a say in between elections, put the power back in the people’s hands!

      Thank you for your comment. I hope you great success in bringing the mechanisms of Direct Democracy to Southern Ireland. Keep fighting, keep up your hope, your dreams but remember that hopes and dreams are nothing without action. Remember that Democracy is for all the people, not just for the few that we elect. Be persistent, bold, imaginative and stay in your politicians faces. All our politicians understand is force.

      My best advice for your thinking is shake all the tree, not just the branch here and there. As in a tree, not all fruit is ripe and ready to fall at the same time. If you shake the whole tree the ripe fruit will fall. Then you will know where to expend those meger resources and too little time. And inasmuch as there is not much time to turn things around, spend you time and energy trying to educate the thinkers, the activist movers and shakers, the people that radio, and television go to for quotes. Turn them and you influence the airwaves.
