This the face of taking a stand and the resolving to do what is right, what is needed, at all costs.
I am not sure if you will understand by the feeling, but being free is a spiritual condition. You can feel the feeling of this woman’s humility and her resolve to do what is right at any cost. It is a feeling of purpose, the sense of a power guiding her. She is there, but that she is not alone, there is another power I am sure, helping her and moving her to fight on despite the fact that the fight seem so big, so complex and that the cost to her will be so enormous. Her brain may tell her that the conditions are totally against them and that there is no good reason to fight on, but she has ignored that voice of reason to except the testimony of her feelings.
These are the faces of the People of Ukraine, as they stayed in the streets at all cost, to stop their Government from taking them down the road to a Soviet style relationship with Russia and its dictator Putin. They had been living under the oppression of the Soviet Union in the past, and I am so glad for the Ukrainian People that they had the courage to stay in the street despite the 70 so killed by Government sniper fire in Kiev. These are the faces of everyday people, perhaps you and me, (mothers and fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers, and young people) if we lived under different circumstances.

Tolkien’s words in the Lord of the Rings, in his expression to fight on regardless of how dark things seem. https://pushinback.wordpress.com/2012/09/06/tolkien-on-our-struggle-for-good/
I also add this video clip to put an accent on where we need to go with our resolve. I hope that this post has been helpful to some of you in your understanding of fighting the good fight, of doing what is right because it is the right thing to do and that unselfishly you have chosen to do good for the world even when others cannot see the good you have done.
